Today the snows of these high peaks feed a multitude of blooms that dance in the breeze, while mountain goats feed on tender
grasses.
The beauty of this unique area combines with the voices of fellow travelers who speak from their hearts about this amazing
land.

The Goat Rocks Wilderness is in western Washington. From US 12, about a half-mile north of Packwood, Washington, turn east
onto Highway 21. After about 12 miles turn onto Forest Service Road 2160. This will take you to two potential entrances. One
is a short trail (Trail 121) from the Walupt Lake Horse Camp that will lead to the PCT at the south side of the Goat Rocks
Wilderness. This video begins at that point. Walupt Lake also offers two trails into the Goat Rocks Wilderness. The north
end of the PCT in the Goat Rocks is at White Pass on US 12.
